Anxiety

I’m preparing myself for training. It’s about fear. It’s also about activity. It’s about courage. During my research, I came up with a startling development. The last time I dealt with anxiety in 2009, the frequency of anxiety disorders in European society was 15.3%. Recent studies (Badelow and Michalis 2015) show values of 25.7% for Europe. Women are nearly four times more likely than men among those affected. Does that surprise me? Not really. I think it will crack soon, or rather, it will crash quickly since women and men are absolutely right feeling fear at this time.
